Shipping policy

It's HOT is Texas in the Summer! Creamed Honeys will be shipped with a cold pack. Chocolates are shipped UPS 2nd Day Air® or UPS 3 Day Select® in an insulated box with 2 cold packs to ensure they reach their destination un-melted.

In-stock orders are usually processed and shipped within 48 hours. Shipping hours are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. If you placed a preorder or backorder, you will be notified with an estimated shipping date.

Rates are calculated based on shipping address. If you have any special requirements please do not hesitate to let us know.

Shipping time starts when package has left our warehouse. We ship to all U.S. zip codes and P.O Boxes and to all military addresses in the U.S. and most U.S. territories (Puerto Rico).
